Ingredients:
1½ cups caster sugar
3 tbs flour
3/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
3 eggs
500g chopped rhubarb
500g fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
2 shortcrust pastry sheets

  1. I love strawberry rhubarb pie. Never had it with a custard filling, but I will soon as I intend to make this right away!

  2. plz peal your Rhubarb and depending on where u get your rhubarb the leaves isn't always poisonous
