This is one of my favorite dishes to make and it never disappoints!

It’s quick and easy, and super healthy.

I like to make different variations every now and then for slightly different flavor profiles to keep it fun, so I will like all the possible ingredients down below.

You can make it with some crispy Vesuvius potatoes or Rice or some vegetables of your choice like Broccolini or some Yellow Carrots or Shishito Peppers like I did this time.

If the head freaks you out, you can remove it first 🙂

Cook Time: 5-7 minutes 400°
Broil on Hi: 3-5 minutes

Branzino Fish IIngredients:

Salt
Pepper
Thyme
Oregano
Garlic Powder
Fresh Dill
Fresh Thyme
Lemon
Yellow AND/OR Red Onion

Optional:
Cayenne
Light Rosemary
Light Sage

Ladolemono Sauce:

Lemon Juice
Olive Oil
Salt
Heavy Pepper
Thyme
Oregano
Minced Garlic
Pinch of Sugar (to taste)
Pinch of Rosemary (Optional)
Adjust to your taste
