BOURSIIN PASTA AND CHICKEN
IN A 9X13 DISH ADD A GOOD AMOUNT OF FRESH SPINACH, SLICED MUSHROOMS, CHERRY TOMATOES AND ONE – 2 CONTAINERS OF BOURSIN CHEESE. SEASON WELL WITH GARLIC, BASIL, S/P, RED PEPPER FLAKES AND DRIZZLE WITH OLIVE OIL. BACK UNCOVERED IN A 350 DEGREE OVEN FOR 25 MINUTES. MEANWHILE PREPARE 8OZ OF PASTA AND RESERVE 1/2 CUP OF PASTA WATER. WHEN DISH IS COOKED POKE AND SMASHDOWN TOMATOES AND MIX INGREDIENTS TOGETHER. ADD COOKED PASTA AND PASTA WATER AND COMBINE WELL.

FOR CHICKEN JUST ADD A PACKAGE OF CHICKEN TENDERS TO A PAN AND SEASON WELL WITH S/P GARLIC POWDER PARSLEY AND MRS DASH. ADD KINDERS GARLIC AND PARM SAUCE AND BAKE FOR MINS

PASTA FAGIOLI
1 28OZ CAN OF CRUSHED TOMATOES
1 28OZ CAN TOMATO SAUCE
32OZ OF VEG BROTH
2 CUPS OF WATER
2 CANS WHITE BEANS
TO TASTE:
S/P
BASIL
GARLIC POWDER
OREGANO
DRIED PARSLEY
MRS DASH
ROSEMARY
BRING TO A BOIL AND SIMMER FOR 45 MINUTES
RETURN TO A BOIL AND TOSS IN 2-3 HANDFULS OF FRESH SPINACH LET COOK FOR A FEW MINUTES AND THEN ADD 8OZ OF DITALINI PASTA BOIL UNTIL AL DENTE. IN A SMALL SAUCE PAN ADD ABOUT 2-3 TABLESPOONS OF OLIVE OIL. HEAT. TAKE ONE TABLESPOON AND FILL ONE HALF WITH PAPRIKA AND ONE HALF WITH HOT PEPPER FLAKES. . TAKE OIL OFF OF HEAT AND SWIRL IN SPICES AND ADD TO SOUP. ADJEST SEASONSING ADD ADDITIONAL WATER IF NEEDED.

3 PKGS GROUND TURKEY
BREAD CRUMBS
1 -2 EGGS
PUREED CARROTS
ONION
GREEEN PEPPER
WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
ROMANO CHEESE
S/P
PARSLEY
MIX ALL ABOVE INGREDIENTS IN LARGE BOWL. FORM INTO 1 LARGE LOAF AND 12 MEALBALLS. PUT MEATBALLS IN FRIDGE. BAKE LOAF IN PAN FOR 1 1/2 HOURS AT 375. ADD GLAZE IN LAST 15 MINS.

LARGE SQUIRT OF KETCUP, BROWN SUGAR AND WORCHESTERSHIRE SAUCE MIX WELL
**SEASONINGS ARE ALWAYS TO TASTE***

Salmon Recipe
****************
Large piece of Salmon (I buy ours at Costco)
2-3 tablespoons honey
juice of half a lemon
S/P
1 tsp garlic powder or to taste
1 tsp Mrs. Dash or to taste
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh dill
half of a lemon thinly slices
2 tablespoons butter thinly sliced

Lay out salmon on a foil lined cookie sheet. In a small bowl combine the juice of half a lemon with the honey. Brush on to salmon. As the salt, pepper, garlic powder and Mrs Dash. Sprinkle on the fresh dill and arrange the butter and lemon slices.

Bake in a 425 degree oven until salmon can be easily flaked. For the salmon in the video I baked it about 18-20 minutes.

  2. I am trying these recipes next week. As for my famous pasta fagiole, I sautรฉ onions, celery and carrots all diced. I donโ€™t add tomatoes sauce just crushed tomatoes. Seasoning are oregano basil parsley paprika all dried. Chicken or veggie broth (my son in law is vegetarian so if theyโ€™re here I use the veggie.

  3. My mom came from Italy and she made pasta and fajoli like you do but no spinach and she made so fritto too but she used olive oil and fresh garlic.
