    miso ginger dressing: 1 T miso paste + 1 tsp raw ginger and rice vinegar, sweetener to taste

    tofu: pan fried tofu (1/4 box, extra firm) with 1 T of Bachan’s Japanese Barbecue sauce and 1 tsp of dark soy sauce

    Everything else: .5 c of steamed brown rice, 37 g carrots, 87 g cucumber, 50 g edamame
