Looks really great as is! I’m personally a fan of displaying unique ceramic cups, they look nice and sophisticated and guests like asking about them.

I would have the decent on the left side. Swap with the sculptor. Makes more sense workflow wise. (Unless maybe if you are left handed).
I would declutter the shelves a bit and maybe add a little plant?
I mean it’s miles better than my set up LOL I need to know what that tamping mat is because I need it in my life.

Looks pretty nice. I would suggest a nice tamping station to replace the knock box. But totally optional looks great as is too but that’s never good enough is it haha
