*What is Salmoriglio*

Salmoriglio has been a beloved Italian marinade and dressing for ages. It’s a simple mixture that gives chicken, seafood and veggie dishes amazing flavor and succulent, added tenderness.

To make salmoriglio for this chicken and asparagus recipe, combine parsley, garlic, lemon zest, oregano, crushed red pepper, salt, lemon juice, hot water and olive oil. Stir well to combine.

*How to Make Grilled Chicken & Asparagus Salmoriglio*

0:09 Zest and juice one lemon. Cut the other 2 lemons in half.

0:12 Peel and chop the garlic and chop the parsley.

0:16 Combine the salmorglio ingredients. Stir well to combine.

0:19 Pour about ¼ cup of mixture into a bag with the chicken. Squeeze air from the bag and refrigerate for 15 min. to 2 hours.
