Baked Cauliflower Bites, Spicy Barbecue Buffalo cauliflower, healthy appetizer, Vegan

Ingredients :
1 head Cauliflower
1/2 tbsp smoked paprika
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp onion powder
salt and pepper (adjust to your taste)
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup plant-based milk
breadcrumbs

For the sauce
Barbecue sauce
Red hot sauce (optional)

For the ranch dip
1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp agave syrup (any sweetener)
salt and pepper
lime juice
some dried dill

1. Preheat oven to 230°C/ 450°F and line a baking tray with baking parchment.
2. Cut cauliflower into small florets. Mix together paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper, flour and plant-based milk.
3. Dip cauliflower in the batter mixture , then in the breadcrumbs.
4. Spread out the cauliflower on the baking tray and cook for 20-25 mins, turning halfway through, until crisp at the edges.
5. Combine barbecue sauce and hot sauce.
6. Prepare the ranch dip. Combine mayonnaise garlic powder, agave syrup, salt and pepper, lime juice and dill.
7. Once the cauliflower is done baking, dip in the prepared barbecue sauce and bake for another 5 minutes.
8. Garnish with some sesame seeds , green onions and Enjoy ❤️
