Ingredients:
1lb bacon
1.5lbs 80/20 ground chuck
3 tablespoon sour cream
2-3 tablespoons Ranch seasoning
1/2 cup chopped bacon
1 cup shredded cheese
2 teaspoons Hussey’s Heifer Dust ( Link – t.ly/c5lbY)
6 slices American Cheese
6 Potato Rolls
Lettuce
Tomato
Onion
Pickles
Sliced bacon
Duke’s Mayonnaise

Directions:

1- Cook 1lb bacon on a pre-warmed griddle and set to the side and chop up 1/3 cup to use later. The other strips will be used to build the burger. Increase temp of griddle to medium to medium high.

2 – Get a large bowl and add ground beef, ranch seasoning, sour cream, cheese, Heifer Dust, and bacon. Mix well without trying to overly mix.

3 – Use ring molds and take about a 5.6oz portion and make a burger patty.

4 – Lay onto the bacon grease and pre-warmed griddle. Cook 2-3 mins on one side, then flip and then add the cheese to melt. Also toast your buns.

5 – Assemble your burger with lettuce, burger, bacon, tomato, onion, and pickles.

6 – Enjoy!

  2. The worst product in this receipe is shredded cheese from a bag,always shred your own,and why? Because its loaded with so many bad chemicals to keep it from molding, shredded cheese is thin and would mold quickly unlike block cheese.people will say bacon lol,but shredded cheese after opening the pkg can last couple months and not mold.Looks mighty tasty.

    Just like a steak, it has to be done the right way
    A bit of crisp but for sure some tender areas also.

  5. Hearing you say "Heffer Dust" and then dump seasoning on them caused me to think for a second because Heffer Dust is what my dad and uncle always called "cows milk". LOL

  6. I guess I've missed this cracked burger going viral. I'm sure it was very tasty but I wonder about the amount of ingredients vs what you're able to taste after grilling the patty.
