I make this vegetable soup every day! This soup is like medicine for my stomach! Homemade potato soup with vegetables in just a few minutes! Zucchini cream soup. Soup in 30 minutes.

Soup recipe and ingredients:
2 carrots.
1 onion.
1 leek.
2 paprikas.
3 potatoes.
Salt, Black pepper.
Cook for 10 minutes over low heat.
Noodles 50 gr.
Cook for 12 minutes over low heat.
Mint.
2 eggs.
Greek yogurt / sour cream 100 gr.
Mix well.
Add some soup to the egg mixture.
Pour the egg mixture into the soup and stir well.
3 slices of bread.
Olive oil.
Salt.
Dried garlic.
Red paprika.
Italian herbs.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 10 minutes.
Very flavorful croutons!
The soup is ready!
