– 1/2 cup parsley , chopped
– 1/4 cup parsley
– 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
– 2 garlic cloves, minced
– salt & pepper to taste

The Rest
– 1 red beller pepper, diced
– 1 white onion, diced
– 1 tbsp butter, for eggs
– 3 eggs, scrambled
