5 years ago, I tried making balady bread. I tried one method where the bread was only baked in the oven, but it didn’t rise much and the loaves were very small. I tried another recipe that partially baked it in the oven and then switched to cooking in a pan and then this happened. I haven’t tried baking bread since haha

I remember eating “aesh” bread while I was in Egypt. Honestly I didn’t like it then. But it was ok with fool and humus with alot of olive oil.
