Potato Salad
Ingredients
3 1/2 pounds of russet potatoes
1 cup of mayo
1 1/2 tablespoons yellow mustard
2-3 hardboiled eggs, chopped
1/4 cup finely diced onion
2 tablespoons relish
salt and pepper to taste
paprika (optional)
Directions:
Peel and wash potatoes. Cut into chunks (about 1/2 inch or 3/4 inch). Place potatoes in cold, salted water and bring to a boil. Boil 7-10 minutes, or until potatoes are fork tender. Drain potatoes and rinse with cold water. Set aside. In mixing bowl, combine mayo, mustard, relish, onion, and eggs. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Combine well. Add potatoes and gently toss. Sprinkle with paprika if desired. Chill until ready to serve.

Deviled Eggs
Ingredients:
6 hardboiled eggs, sliced in half
3 tablespoons of mayo
1 teaspoon of mustard
2 tablespoons of relish
salt and pepper to taste
paprika (optional)
Directions:
Place egg yolks in small mixing bowl. Mash egg yolks with a fork (or you can use a food processor). Add mayo, mustard, and relish. Mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Place yolk mixture into each egg white using a spoon or pastry bag. Sprinkle each egg with a little paprika if desired. Chill until ready to serve.

Granny’s Pea Salad
Frozen peas, thawed
Mayonnaise
Salt & pepper to taste
Cubed ham
Cooked & crumbled bacon
Hardboiled eggs, chopped
Shredded or cubed cheese
Combine all. Chill until ready to serve.

  4. But you didn't make Deviled Eggs. You made Angel Eggs. No vinegar. Deviled Eggs are made with 2 Tbsp vinegar. It's the vinegar that gives the egg the "bite", i.e., the devil part. Your Angel Eggs look delicious though. Happy Easter!
