Peking duck is the greatest duck dish but it’s almost impossible to make at home. It’s a multi-day process that takes special equipment and years of experience.

But I realized that (with a bit of imagination), Peking Duck is similar to brisket. They both have tender and rich meat, with a crispy crunchy exterior. Wrapped up with the sauce, green onion and cucumber, you could have convinced me that this was the real deal.
