Flavorful Beef Stew! Campfire cooking ! Beautiful Spring Day In My Village, Rural Cuisine, Rural Life

Hello every one! Welcome back to my channel.
Today, we’re diving into some satisfying garden clean up.
I’ll be gathering dried leaves, pulling up those pesky weeds, and then we’ll transition into some thing delicious as we make a traditional Persian dish called Abgoosht .
For making Abgoosht that’s a very delicious traditional food we need:

1 cup of peas and white beans.
300 gr lamb, 1 onion and 2 medium sized potatoes.
We wash the peas and beans. soak them for 1 hour.
Let it boil slowly for 2 hours. After boiling for 2 hours . add 2 table spoon tomato paste,2 tea spoon salt , 1 tea spoon curry , 2 tea spoon turmeric .
Let it simmer for another hour.
