1. Mix all and knead for 5 minutes 2. In a greased bowl let rise for 1 hour 3. Punch down, ball up and quarter 4. Ball up each quarter pretty side up 5. Flatten and flour each ball 6. Place together in a greased square pan 7. Let rise until puffy while preheating over to 190c/375f 8. Cover with more flour and bake for 15 minutes 9. Turn pan and cook for another 5 minutes until rosy brown 10. Dust off extra flour to serve
