It’s never grown this much. Notice the rubber band height! Over doubled for sure. Too bad I’m not baking bread today🥲.

    Was it a warmer day than usual? At a certain temperature (somewhere between 70 and 80 degrees), my starter goes from so-so and maybe tripling in a day to quadrupling itself in about 4 hours.
