🥣 Ingredients:
8oz | 240g | 1 cup cooked chickpeas
2oz | 60g | 1/2 cup grated carrots
1/2 onion
6oz | 180g zucchini
2tbsp chickpea flour
2tbsp brown rice flour
2tbsp chia seeds
1tbsp nutritional yeast (optional)
1/2tsp Korean chilli flakes
Salt for seasoning

🥣 Cherry sauce ingredients:
7oz | 200g | 1 cup frozen pitted cherry
1tbsp sugar
1/2tsp curry powder
1/2tsp ground coriander

🧑‍🍳Cooking tips:
❗Feel free to add your favourite herbs and spices to the recipe to get your favourite flavour.
❗You can substitute Korean chilli flakes (Gochugaru) for crushed red pepper flakes or cayenne pepper.
❗ You can substitute brown rice flour for any flour of your choice or you can add extra chickpea flour Instead

  4. Just made this with leftover chickpeas. Substituted onion with cabbage. Also, didn't have brown rice flour so used regular and the coating was corn flour. Absolutely delicious and non filling. Will definitely make it again. Chutney also turned out fantastic

  5. Too much salt. You salted the zucchini and then you salted the dish. I would remove all the salt. Salt will give you high blood pressure if you eat that much. You only need salt added if you live near the Equator. Also I would not eat anything fried in oil. Why not bake them. That way they would be healthy and not just vegan jusk food. I won't subscribe
