  1. How is Mozzarella perceived "ethically" within India's culture?

I mean, If I'm not wrong Paneer is produced by acid coagulation. Italian cheeses (like mozzarella) are produced with both acid and enzimatic (rennet) coagulation, so I was wondering if there was any issue with that.
