Aha.. something easy for me to make. Any idea from where we can get these kind of cheese ?
How is Mozzarella perceived "ethically" within India's culture?
I mean, If I'm not wrong Paneer is produced by acid coagulation. Italian cheeses (like mozzarella) are produced with both acid and enzimatic (rennet) coagulation, so I was wondering if there was any issue with that.
