Made this sauce on 9/16/23, it has some black on the lid. Do you think it’s mold? I tasted it and it taste fine. I’m probably overthinking it but I’m always overly cautious about eating spoiled food.

    Can you please tell us what recipe you followed, how the jar has been stored since canning, and whether or not the jar was still tightly sealed/popped when opened?
