Ingredients:
onion, diced as much as you like
3 Tbs. olive oil, plus more for brushing phyllo dough
1 T garlic powder or minced cloves — your choice
Butter pats as much as you like
Mediterranean Gouda — your choice
1 pound asparagus. Cleaned/pared par-boiled
Cranberries
3 T Shredded parmesan
Asparagus as much as you like. I only had 1 pound. My two pounds disappeared 😳
My oven: 385. Baked—22 mins. 400 — 25 mins
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Unroll the phyllo dough and lay on baking sheet.
Brush each sheet with OO. Don’t over saturate
Use/layer/brush all of the phyllo
Then layer with spears, cheese, onion, cranberries, garlic powder, butter pats
