  1. Greek Chicken Souvlaki

    For the souvlaki marinade
    * 1.5 pounds skinless chicken thighs
    * 2 tbsp olive oil
    * 1 tbsp lemon zest
    * 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
    * 1 tbsp dried oregano
    * 1 tbsp herb seasoning
    * 1 tsp salt
    * 1 tsp sweet paprika
    * 1tsp ground cumin

    1. Soak wooden skewers in hot water for 20 minutes
    2. Cut chicken thighs into small pieces.
    3. Add all of the chicken marinade seasoning and marinade for at least 30 minutes.
    4. Air fry at 390 degrees F for 11 minutes flipping halfway through. Do not overcook the chicken or will be dry. Total time is 11 minutes. You can also oven bake at 400 degrees F for 13-15 minutes.
    5. Serve as a main dish , over a salad or in a pita as a gyro
