This is an easy and delicious recipe. In my opinion it's the flavor combination of the tarragon in the aioli as well as the paprika that's on the shrimp, it just makes for a very simple but tasty bite. I have included the video to the preserved lemons. They are quite a good item to have on hand, for so many recipes or cocktails. Enjoy!☺
