These simple high protein energy balls are packed with protein. Each ball contains over 5 grams protein. These are a simple and healthy snack.

Protein Energy Balls

1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup toasted pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup flax meal
2 tbsp hemp hearts
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup peanut butter (heaping)

Mix, and shape into 14 balls with wet or greased hands. If mixture seems to crumbly, you can add a little more peanut butter.
Top with melted dark chocolate.
Chill and Enjoy!

(Store in refrigerator)
