Full Recipe:

– 8 to 9 baby potatoes

Parmesan Mix:

– 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 1 teaspoon of dried oregano/parsley

– 2 to 3 teaspoons olive oil

Sour Cream Sauce:
– 3 to 4 tablespoons sour cream
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano/parsley
– 1 spring onion

  1. I made a similar recipe tonight, but I used a sheet pan and the potatoes stuck too much. Still tasted incredible, but I think I'll try your layer of parmesan on the bottom of a glass baking dish method next time! They looked so good!
