Obviously a lot to work on but it truly does feel the more you practice the more you understand the dough and the flower and the bread. You become one with the bread. You are the bread! Any tips and suggestions are welcome. Thanks.

Looks like a very dense stirato. Would def smash toasted with some butter! Keep going! And soon all your friends will be bread!
