I loosely followed this recipe https://paperandheart.com/just-egg-quiche/

I added onions, peppers, sprinkling of violife mozza / cheddar, king's vegan bacon, and used store bought frozen pie crust.

The potato's are just frozen hash browns tossed in paprika, garlic and onion powder.

I'm telling you it was insanely good. 10/10 will be making this more.
