    1 (15-ounce) can chickpeas or 1 ½ cups (250 grams) cooked chickpeas
    If you have time remove the skins
    1/4-1/2 cup (60ml) fresh lemon juice, aprox 3 small lemons
    1/4 to 1/2 cup well-stirred tahini,
    I would stick with 1/4 cup tahini and 1/4 cup lemon juice
    1 tablespoon Luvafoodie garlic lovers spice blend or 1-2 medium garlic clove, minced ( luvafoodie found on Amazon)
    2 tablespoons (30ml) extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for serving
    1/2 -1 teaspoon ground cumin
    Salt to taste
    2 to 3 tablespoons water pm
