Recipe:
Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup shredded parmesan
1 egg
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning blend
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 cup Marinara sauce

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400ºF. Lightly spray a casserole dish with cooking spray.

2. Combine ground beef, mozzarella, parmesan, egg, onion powder, garlic, & Italian seasoning in a large salad bowl – except for the Marinara sauce. Use an ice cream scoop to form the meatballs all the same size and arrange the meatballs in the casserole dish.

3. Bake your meatballs casserole for 15 – 20 minutes or until fully cooked. Remove the meatballs casserole from the oven and drain the grease.

4. Top with Marinara sauce. Bake for an additional 5 – 10 minutes.
