Been using butter in my crust lately over oil and loving it…esp in leftovers. This is about 10 oz of 🇮🇹 sausage (3/4 tsp per), 6 oz supermarket Mozz and 2 oz Parmesan. Pre-heat at 550F for two hours, with baking steel. 8:30-9 mins at 485F
