Ingredients for the Meatballs:
1Kg or 2lbs of 50/50 Minced Beef and Pork.
1/2 Cup of Grated Parmesan Cheese.
1/2 Cup Italian Seasoned Breadcrumbs.
Fresh Parsley and Fresh Basil Finely Chopped.
Oregano Flakes.
Parsley Flakes.
3 Eggs.
Salt, Pepper and Chilli Powder for Seasoning.

Ingredients for the Meatball Sauce:
Two 500gram or 17oz Bottles of Tomato Sauce.
One 390gram or 13oz Can of Crushed Tomatoes.
1 Tablespoon of Tomato Paste.
1 Cup of Red Wine.
Olive Oil.
1 Onion Finely chopped.
7 Garlic Cloves Finely chopped.
2-3 Cups of Water.
Salt, Pepper, Oregano Flakes, Parsley Flakes and 7 Fresh Basil Leaves for Seasoning.

Cooking Time for Meatballs in Frying Pan:
Heat some Olive oil in a frying pan then shallow fry the Meatballs 2-3min per side on a medium-low heat, or until you see a golden brown color on each side.

Total Sauce/Meatball Cooking Time:
First 30 minutes of cooking the Sauce on a low heat without the Meatballs, then an Hour and a Half with the Meatballs Cooking in the sauce remaining always on a low heat and stir occasionally.
