Had the pleasure of dining at Quintonil, CDMX.
Service- Immaculate, the attention to detail paired with the whole staffs attentiveness was apparent from the second we walked in.
Food- Spectacular take on locally sourced ingredients with incredible techniques I’ve only seen at a few other fine dining establishments across the globe. (Spring menu offering on the last slide).
Drinks- We opted to not do the wine pairing as we had an early morning and spoke with our sommelier on our likes and dislikes with cocktails. He surprised us with 2 separate mezcal drinks that were spectacular.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience and is one of these restaurants you dine at, and dread going back to reality after. Often times when the expectations are so high, you leave a bit disappointed. Quintonil soared above all expectations and was truly a gem.
