    Little over for NY imo, but I’d smash anything covered in bleu.

    I’m sure those condiments are delicious, but I wouldn’t put them on a steak. A burger, for sure, but I think a nice steak like this one is more than enough to stand alone. It needs salt, fire, and little else.
