Excellent for Breakfast actually even for lunch or snacks and dinner
its good with toasted bread, mashed potatoes and awesome with rice

both version has the same recipe:
1 can of Argentina corned beef 175g
1 small potato diced into cubes for version 1 and grated for version 2
1 small onion diced
ground black pepper for seasoning
1 or 2 eggs (as per preference)

corn beef hash we got two versions this
one and of course this one too both are
really really good and excellent so yep
re in the description below let’s start
all right here we start with the onion
one small
onion all right we chopped it up like
this so it’s all good now of course here
we go with the
potatoes well just one piece potato one
small one chopped it into small cubes
like this all right so now let’s go to
the pan we heat up the oil let’s put
some oil wait there you go some regular
oil we use you know just it’s a simple
dish it’s just you know we’re just going
to stir fry it once it’s hot okay turn
on all right let’s get it hot and
good okay and now once it’s hot of
course we drop in the
onions onions sorry sorry right so now
we keep mixing it and tossing it this
way make sure everything all of it gets
cooked equally to keep the right correct
texture together so it’s going to be
good all right mix it a bit
more you’re starting to look good
now yep we’ll let it sit for a while and
then double check
again once it’s ready once it get soft
we start to put the potatoes to keep
cubed potatoes we got to make sure this
is all cooked and good so we got to mix
it cuz you’re kind of like stir frying
it so it’s it has to be equally fried
everywhere on all
sides okay so carefully like that yep
and then now wait mix it again keep
mixing it make sure nothing is sticking
this way when you put the corn beef
everything is going to be
good all right got to keep mixing it so
the oil will get through every single
bit of the potatoes oops all right okay
double check again cuz it’s starting to
stick when you’re trying to cook it with
a little medium to high heat like I like
I always do we get all this fried good
we lower it a bit
now it’s starting to stick everywhere
you got to keep mixing it like
this yep so good so good okay now the
seasonings you can you use whatever you
want but we put the corn
first then we get to the seasoning I’ll
let you know all right there you
go yeah this is just the one can of
Argentina corn
beef okay now we mix it
further yes make sure nothing is
sticking so this get it can get cooked
really good and really
well mixing it the difference with this
with how the locals do it is they put
they add a bit of water to make sure
there’s sauce but this is this is Hash
so it has to be a bit fried crunchy but
really soft on the inside so this is
good now okay now we season it with
paprika and some dried oregano I always
use you can use other seasoning if you
want but this is just my choice and
crushed black pepper of course can’t go
wrong with that
okay now we mix it
further you got to make sure this is a
bit toasty or a bit toasted like a bit
fried so now it’s getting good now you
see that Mi it again just to make sure
all sides are like you know cooked
really really
well starting to look good it’s starting
to smell
excellent all right there you go tap
this here make sure it’s all clean
dropping and then we put a dash of
mustard you know just just the Pint you
know just a bit just to make the taste
really really good once you mix it all
it’s going to be
awesome
yep oh that it’s smelling
glorious yep and at this point we add
one egg you can add two if you like but
this is all mine so I’ll just use
one yes now we cover it to make sure it
Cooks even
now we’re on low heat so it’s cooking
really well let clip the phone and let
me show you oh yeah look at how good
that looks right you can eat this with
bread or rice but hey here it is on the
table you know me I’ll always choose
rice this is just awesome it’s actually
good for breakfast lunch or dinner or
even snacks here it is with rice oh yeah
see how good good that looks yep now
let’s go to version two here okay now we
start with one onion you chop it up yes
like this all right and then the
potatoes next this one is going to be a
bit different we’re going to use a
grater for the cheese grater and Grate
the potatoes like this all grated up
looks good right let’s go to the pan
here heat it up turn it on get it all
hot and ready then drop the
onions yep come on get all of it don’t
leave no onion
behind all
right okay now we got to start mixing
it’s frying good
now next up we’ll drop in the potatoes
just mix it a bit further here you go
the grated
potatoes okay let’s get all of it you
know not going to waste anything we’re
going to get all of it now yep there you
go okay now we mix it CU we we’re going
to try to have the greated potatoes a
bit toasty you know a bit toasted like
you know a bit fried so we’re going to
keep mixing it this way everything gets
cooked equally together with the onions
of course yep okay now we put crushed
black
pepper can go wrong without it or with
it then
paprika yep
so good and just mix it some
more yep you can actually use any
seasoning you want or like other
seasoning that’s all good but this is
you know this this version I’m just
using that simple black crushed black
pepper and then paprika that’s
it on the earlier we actually added
dried oregano right and mustard on this
one we won’t add mustard just so it’s a
little bit different but you of course
you add both to this one
too and because I fried the egg side I
side up earlier the egg is ready for
this we’re not going to put it on the
dish on the pot together it’s already
fried you’ll see come
on it’s a bit more make sure nothing is
sticking but you know you got to leave
it like that so it gets fried a bit now
here Argentina corn beef one

on just get all of
it we leave no corn beef behind all
right sorry all
right scrape it all get it all good all
right now it’s all there start to mix it
again make sure every piece of corn beef
is mixed and mashed with the grated
potatoes and onions
oh it’s starting to smell
glorious this smells really really
good
yep mix it some more make sure every
single potato that’s grated is going to
be mixed with the corn beef
yep okay now let me unclip the phone let

at that that looks awesome right
yep okay now we’re going to put it on
the plate and let’s start eating it here
it is with a fried egg on top oh look at
that oh so delicious oh my goodness this
is good with toasted bread rice actually
