this recipe takes a lot of prepping time
but not much cooking time would you try

I started this recipe off by prepping
the chicken so I remove all the sections
with the bone in it and I left the
breast section so here I’m cleaning
prepping and removing the Bony section
of the chicken so I can get on with this
recipe
if you plan to do this recipe ensure
that you have the breast section of the
chicken because it would be a little
difficult or may I say a little Annoying
to be chewing
bones especially because this recipe is
mixed together so if you want to do this
recipe ensure that you have the breast
section of the chicken but you can also
do shrimp Alfredo the same way however
this is the chicken alfredo so uh we are
using the breast section of the chicken
so here I am as I said before prepping
the chicken I’m now removing the skin
off of the chicken so I can have the
parts that I want

these are the pieces that I will be
working with now that I’ve removed the
parts that I don’t want like the wing
and the rib section I am now going to
clean this up cut it up and then use you
see me washing
it the amount of chicken that you use is
dependent on the amount that you are
preparing and also it depends on your
preference so if you’re a chicken lover
and you want a lot of chicken in your
Alfredo then you can go ahead and use as
much as you want these are the pieces
that I will be working with

after cutting them into desired pieces I
am going to to remove them from The
Cutting Board to The Container after
doing all this the next step is to wash
your chicken I usually wash my chicken
one to three times I usually use vinegar
and water so here I am washing it off
first and I’ll chew that water off and
then I’ll add some vinegar and wash it
again

the next step is to drain this off
properly and start with the seasoning
process now this section it depends on
what you like the seasonings that you
use you can add them I am using some
Adoba I am going to also add some jerk
seasoning some cayenne pepper I also had
some mixture with jerk seasoning that’s
a dry one the paprika and other
seasonings that I’ve put together
after putting all the seasonings in mix
this together you can leave this to
marinate depending on the time or
depending on how you like it so I’ve
left this to marinate for just a few
minutes you could have leave it for
overnight or an hour as I said before it
depends on
you I did did mention earlier that this
took a lot of prepping time at this
point in time I am just going to clean
the onion up and cut it into desired
pieces I am also going to clean up some
garlic one Cove of garlic and cut it
into desired pieces as well I’m going to
use just a little piece of these
Peppers yes
and I’m using all these so the chicken
alfredo can have a great flavor

here is a quick view of some of the
ingredients that I have pre some of
these that I am going to use of course
in the later Clips you’ll see the other
ingredients that will be there but I
have my pasta I also have my chopped
onion chopped garlic and
pepper next is the cooking cream
different types of cheese and when it
comes on to the cheese it depends on
your preference so I am using parmesan
cheese tast is cheese and also Mexican
cheese as I said before it depends on
what you prefer and what you
like at this point I am putting some oil
in the pot excuse the pot it has been
using for a while I have been using it
for a while and why it looks like that I
am also adding some oil and some salt to
the water that I am going to cook the
pasta in just so they won’t stick and
just so it can bring up the flavor these
are the pasta that I’m working with I am
now going to add these pasta to the pot
so they can boil well so I’m doing both
of the things at the same time cooking
the pasta cooking the chicken so you
will see a series of switching so
switching from the pasta to the chicken
so after adding the oil to the pot I
started adding in the chicken pieces and
I’m going to leave these to fry for a
few minutes

after leaving them to fry on one side I
decided to turn them so the other side
could be fried as well
while the chicken is frying the pasta is
also boiling so as you can see it
started boiling up just a few minutes
ago and so here’s the
[Music]
result chicken breast is one of the
easiest Parts on a chicken to cook
however I just don’t trust it when I fry
it only so I always add just a little
water to you know let it boil so I know
that it is cooked perfectly but um it
depends on you some people they just fry
it and leave it like that because truth
be told it is pretty easy to cook and it
will most likely be cooked but
I I usually just you know add a little
bit of water and stir it up so it can
cook
properly the water is almost dried out
so the chicken is almost done the pasta
it is almost done as well so these are
are you know going and that’s
good so as you can see the water dried
out and we still have a lot of oil in
that so I’m going to remove the chicken
pieces from the pot and I’m going to
throw that oil out rinse the pot out and
get started again this is how the pasta
look I am also going to turn this off so
I can get started with the
process these are the ingredients that
I’m working with I have some flour
butter milk the cheese the cream the
chicken and onion garlic pepper and then
I have the pasta so I am going to get
started with the final
step after adding a little oil to the
pot I add a little bit of butter as well
and at this point I am just going to add
the onion the pepper and the garlic so
it can you know cook up
properly and then I had the flour the
milk so they can be combined or they can
you know do what they do

I have added the oil the butter the
seasonings the onion the pepper and the
garlic also have the flour and some milk
and I’m just mixing this in the fire is
on I flame I’m also adding the every
cream so I can combine that in as
well after adding all those previous
ingredients it’s now time to add the
cheeses in so here I’m adding these
ingredients as
well after putting all these ingredients
in it’s time to combine
I am now adding the chicken pieces in
and I’m also going to add the pasta in
after doing that the next step is to
come Bine and ensure that all is

mixed this is now the time when you do
your taste test to see if your chicken
alfredo need any more ingredients I am
going in with a little black pepper and
I’m also going to add a little more
adobo and then I’m going to mix this in
[Music]
so this is how it looks at this point in
time it looks delicious and I can assure
you it tastes delicious as well so you
