it’s Jason here welcome to my kitchen
here in New York City I am so excited
that you guys are here today cuz we are
gonna make slow cooker chocolate boozy
fondue so you can make this for date
night for Valentine’s but most
importantly make this for you make
something decadent sweet to remind
yourself on how far you’ve come
how awesome you are I am gonna use
semi-sweet chocolate so we get that rich
dark flavor and we’re gonna pour it in
here so an hour before me and Tom have
dinner I put the chocolate in there and
then I put 2 tablespoons of butter cuz
there’s no milk in there we need some
cream in Essos and i use a pinot noir of
red wine in there 1/2 a cup oh my god
it’s gonna be amazing and finally we are
gonna take two heaping tablespoons of
apricot preserves I’m going to throw it
in there and just mix it around a little
bit but it’s all gonna melt
I love the quickly cracks of chocolate
and then all I’m gonna do is close this
up and an hour before me and Tom eat
dinner I am gonna turn this on low for
one hour okay it’s been an hour okay so
we’re just gonna mix all the chocolate
together and you look and see how
beautiful this chocolate is all right
let’s put it in a bowl and we’re gonna
dip dip dip dip
okay match made in heaven chocolate and
citrus mmm oh my god I taste a little
bit of that fruity wet wine I can’t even
speak oh and that chunk of salt just
burst in my mouth like fireworks of love
can’t wait for time to come home we’re
gonna actually just have dessert for
dinner
