🥦 RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
1 broccoli.
Fill with hot water.
Salt 1 tablespoon.
Leave for 10 minutes.
1 onion.
Olive oil.
Fry over medium heat.
Mushrooms 300g / 10.58oz.
Fry until the juice comes out.
Butter 15g / 0.52oz.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Coriander.
Soy sauce 2 tablespoons.
1 garlic.
Add broccoli.
Mix well.
Cook for 5 minutes.

  1. Im a chinese Singaporean,i hv never put black pepper into the brocoli when i cooked them.Will try nxt time.

  2. This will be tasty but to elevate the dish to stardom add grated ginger with the coriander, and add a tablespoon of sesame oil at the end. Toasted sesame seeds are a good garnish.
