In this video, we have the recipe for “Naan”. Naan is very delicious and has a lovely aroma. It’s easy to make, and you can put the dough in the fridge overnight and make fresh bread for breakfast in the morning. The ingredients in this video are suitable for making 8 or 9 loaves, which are larger than pancakes.

Ingredients for Naan:
60 ml warm water (105 to 110 degrees Fahrenheit)
7 grams instant yeast
5 grams sugar
150 grams all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon olive oil
40 grams yogurt
4 grams salt
30 g Butter
1 tsp Minced Garlic
1 tsp Flour

"NAAN"
60 ML WARM WATER (105-110F)
7 G ACTIVE DRY YEAST
5 G GRANULATED SUGAR
ADD THE WARM WATER
150 G ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR
1 TBSP OLIVE OIL
40 G YOGURT
4 G SALT
ADD THE YEAST MIXTURE.
USE THIS TECHNIQUE UNTIL THE DOUGH BECOMES SOFT.
SPRAY A BOWL WITH OLIVE OIL.
COAT THE DOUGH WITH THE OIL.
LET IT REST UNTIL IT DOUBLES IN SIZE.
DIVIDE THE DOUGH INTO 8 PORTIONS.
PLACE A PIECE OF PLASTIC WRAP ON TOP OF EACH PORTION WHILE FLATTENING ONE TO PREVENT THE OTHERS FROM DRYING OUT.
SHAPE THE DOUGH THIS WAY.
HEAT THE PAN.
SPRAY SOME OLIVE OIL.
PLACE THE DOUGH IN THE PAN AND FLIP IT WHEN BUBBLES APPEAR, ABOUT 2 MINUTES PER SIDE.
MELT SOME BUTTER. (ABOUT 30 G)
A TEASPOON OF GRATED GARLIC
A TEASPOON OF FLOUR
SAUTÉ THIS MIXTURE FOR A MINUTE.
THE "NAAN" IS READY.
BRUSH THE BREAD WITH THE GARLIC-BUTTER MIXTURE AND ENJOY!
