around okay so in my bowl I have
self some self rising
flour
okay I’m add a little teaspoon of
sugar
um and although I’m using self rising
flour I just like to add just
a just a little
bit of uh baking powder Po and this is a
half a

teaspoon half a teaspoon measure and
that that’s a
plenty that’ll do a go a long
way
okay now I’m using whole buttermilk cuz
this all I got all I have is this whole
buttermilk so that’s what I’m using

I’m getting this all mixed up because
they are blueberries and I want them to
I don’t want them all mushed up in there
I want them to still have some
Integrity so I mix get everything mixed
well before I add U my

smooth and everything mix well

this was a treatment day for him

them out the
freezer uh they were frozen but I’m I
look at all that good

Min so I don’t want the juice I just
want the
berries which you going to get some of
the juice
anyway

in here as you want and I think I’m

while that is resting is get my eggs

so I crack that door sometimes have it
all the way open uh to let the ad but

times what ingredients do you use for
strawberry topping for strawberry
shortcake well Miss T the only
ingredients I would I can think of right
of hand is
uh you can uh either buy you some
whipped cream or or to just go on top of
your whipped cream or you can cook some
of those strawberries
down or uh you you don’t even have to
cook them I remember my mama used to
just cut up
strawberries and put sugar on them and
just let them
sit and they going to give you some
juice as of course as they soften and
they’re
good they are
good just like
that so let me get sure turn y’all
around to see my
pancakes they my
pancakes let me put a little butter on
them last
two why they still
hot I stay up
there yeahall these pancakes smell
so so

she has an appointment at the doctor
tomorrow at 10:45 so we will be leaving
here probably about
6 uh
6:30 somewhere around now cuz she wants
to go back
home because the doctor called her this
morning and said
that she will be in the hospital of for
a couple of days maybe two or three we
don’t
know um we don’t know
yet her iron when she went to the doctor
yesterday was critically
low and so we know she’s going to have
an Iron Infusion

tomorrow and what else we just don’t
know so we just stay
prayerful prayerful about the whole
situation we just stand prayerful about
