Ingredients

Rice: 1 Cup Of Long Grain Parboiled Rice.
2% Milk: 4 1/2 Cups
Butter: 1 Tablespoon
Sugar: 100 Grams (1/2 Cup)
Ground Cinnamon: 1 Teaspoon For Rice Mixture. (Before Serving A Sprinkle On Top Of Bowl For Added Flavor & Garnish)
Cinnamon Stick: 1
Vanilla Extract: 1 Teaspoon
Heavy Cream: 1/2 Cup
Raisins: 1 1/2 Cups
Rum: Just Enough To Submerge Raisins

Instructions

(Use Preferably A Pot That Is A Non Stick Pot For This Recipe)
1.) Add 1 1/2 Cups Of Raisins To A Cup, Bowl, Or Measuring Cup & Add Enough Rum To Submerge Raisins.
2.) Then Place 4 1/2 Cups Of 2% Milk Into Pot & Turn Heat To Medium.
3.) Add 1 Cup Of Long Grain Parboil Rice To Pot
4.) Add 100 Grams (1/2 Cup) Of Sugar To Pot.
5.) Add 1 Tablespoon Butter To The Pot.
6.) Add 1 Teaspoon Of Ground Cinnamon & To The Pot & 1 Cinnamon Stick To The Pot & Bring Pot To A Simmer.
7.) Once Pot Comes To A Simmer & Reduce Heat, But Don’t Reduce Heat Too Much So That The Pots Contents Stop Simmering, You Want It To Be On A Low Simmer.
8.) While Pot Is Simmering Keep Pot Covered, Stirring Occasionally Every 3 To 4 Minutes, For The Next 35 To 40 Minutes, Or Until Rice Has Absorbed All Liquids.
9.) Add 1 Teaspoon Of Vanilla Extract, & Stir It In Well.
10.) Then Add The 1/2 Cup Of Heavy Whipping Cream & Stir It In Well.
11.) Remove Cinnamon Stick From Pot.
12.) Strain Raisins From The Rum, Then Add 1 1/2 Cups Of The Rum Soaked Raisins To The Pot & Mix In Well. Make Sure That Your Rice Pudding Is At The Consistency That You Want. For Less Creamier Leave On Heat Longer. For Creamier Rice Pudding Leave On For A Shorter Period. You May Want To Add A Tiny Bit More Cream If It’s Not Creamy Enough For You.
13.) Once You Have It To Your Desired Consistency You Can Serve This Rice Pudding Warm Or Cold. If You’re Serving It Warm, Take A Nice Size Serving Spoon & Place Rice Pudding In Desired Bowl Or Dish. Sprinkle A Tiny Bit Of Ground Cinnamon On Top & Enjoy.
14.) If Eating Cold, Place Pudding In A Baking Dish Of Some Sort, Preferably Like A Casserole Dish Type Bowl, Place & Press Plastic Wrap On Top Of Rice Pudding, Place In The Fridge Until Chilled & You’re Ready To Serve it.

we’re going to show you how to make the
best rice pudding in 60 seconds we’re
going to need some
rum then we’ll get a cup and a half of
raisins and we’ll submer our raisins in
our Brum next we’re going to need 4 and
1/2 cups of milk and we’re going to set
it on a medium eat now we’ll add 1 cup
of rice and give it a quick stir next
we’ll add a half a cup of sugar and
we’ll stir it into our pot We’ll add a
tablespoon of butter we’ll also add 1
tsp of cinnamon and we’ll stir it in
we’ll need one cinnamon stick and we’ll
add it to our pot hurry Stir It In bring
pot to a simmer and reduce heat but you
still want it to simmer cover
occasionally stirring every 3 to 5
minutes do this for 30 to 40 minutes
until liquids are evaporated add 1
tblspoon of vanilla extract and stir in
add a half a cup of heavy cream and stir
in add the cup and a half of soaked rum
raisins and stir it
in voila there you have it cinnamon rum
raisin rice pudding at its finest
