1 teelepel gedroogde pietersielie.

groente olie.
braai oor medium-lae hitte tot goudbruin aan alle kante.

  1. Been making this for 30+ yrs minus the parm. Found the recipe in a quick and easy cookbook and thought it was a way to get my toddler to eat cauliflower without using loads of cheese. I use a lot less oil by cutting my cauliflower thinner so they fry up faster

  2. Better than meat? 70g of unhealthy white flour which is essentially like eating pure sugar is "better than meat"? Stop spreading misinformation. This would be healthier with chicken meat than like this.

  3. I'm going to try this but I'm wondering if olive oil would work instead of vegetable oil. I don't have an air fryer so that's not an option. I feel like the oil takes away the healthy part of this dish.

  4. I made this exactly as in the video but my batter mix was too thick, it was hard work to coat the cauliflower without breaking it up as it was stuck in there like glue….otherwise it was good.

  5. Just goes to prove frying makes everything taste better. LOL But seriously, I'm going to try this in the oil and also a air-fryer.
