    One of my favourite dishes from when I lived in Japan! Thinly sliced beef and onions simmered in broth seasoned with soy sauce, mirin, sake, and ginger. It’s served over rice and often with an egg, either raw or poached in the shell(onsen tamago). Got a craving so I had to make some the other day!
