to make a dozen pine nut lace cookies
coarsely grind 30 G of pine nuts using a
spice Mill and mix with 15 G of flour
then bring to a quick boil 30 G butter
25 G brown sugar and 25 G Honey turn off
the heat to mix in the ground pine nuts
and flour until
combined then evenly spaced teaspoon
sized cookie butter onto a silicone or
parchment line baking sheet allowing
room for the cookies to spread then bake
it 375° fah or 191° c for about 8
minutes or until the cookies have spread
out and are nicely browned allow to cool
and serve the same day they are baked
