Recently got a Gozney Arc XL and have found my new hobby.

Recipe:
Dough:
600g flour (350g 00, 250g Bread Flour)
360g water
100g levain
29g salt

Sauce is simply San marzano tomatoes crushed with some salt and olive oil. Fresh mozzarella, pepperoni, sweet peppers, parm, and hot honey to top it off!
