    this is great. where do you get the rack you have them hanging on?
    drumsticks are one of the only pieces that are cheap AF still. i probably wouldn’t bother Frenching mine but the rack is sick

  2. I have a similar rack. It takes me about 5 minutes to prep each leg, but it’s worth all the time.

    Your welcome. I’m looking to add an offset to my collections. This is a Yoder pellet grill. It’s convenient but I enjoy the fire management part of an offset.

    Those look great! But I’m wondering and curious if this is just an esthetic thing rather than getting rid of the meat on the rest of the bone for a purpose?
