This is my go-to Autumn pancake recipe. They are super-fluffy, tall, yet moist pumpkin pancakes. These are good any season but taste best on cold autumn mornings. Pancakes make breakfast fun! Enjoy a fun fall breakfast with pumpkin pancakes with hint of spice.

hi guys welcome to my channel
sim video today I’ll show you how to
make these puffed pumpkin pancakes in
Russian they called Allah – he is liquid
let’s get started we’re going to need
pumpkin sugar half an egg baking powder
flour and some oil the first thing we’re
gonna do is cut and prepare our pumpkin
so I’m gonna cut it in half cut your
pumpkin into nice similar cubes just
like that we’re going to cook our
pumpkin first for about 15 to 20 minutes
until it’s nice and soft
once your pumpkin is cooked we’re going
to drain it and let it cool down for
five minutes until it’s nice and cool
place your pumpkin into your blender and
we want to make sure it’s nice and
pureed a large bowl add your flour your
sugar add your egg add your pumpkin
puree give it all really good mix

add a tablespoon of your mixture into
your pan once they becoming golden one
side which is gonna flip them around

  1. Privet, Alla. Those pancakes look absolutely gorgeous, scrumptious, mouthwatering, and appetizing. You really pulled all the stops here. You truly have the magic touch when it comes to making anything European. I have a couple of questions, what is one of your favorite desserts you like to make, and what recipe are you uploading on Saturday? Please let me know. You have my support, Alla. Dosvidanje. Byron. 🙂

  2. Those looks great, I love anything pumpkin. They're more like fritters though rather than pancakes aren't they?

  3. perfect for fall! About to go to bed and drooling over these pancakes! I should definitely try out this for breakfast some time! Great video btw 🙂

  4. These look delicious. I also have a really yummy (and different) version of pumpkin pancakes, I hope you pop over and check them out.

  5. Alla, those look amazing! I love pumpkin pancakes! They're so delicious! Thank you so much for sharing! 😀

When making pancakes or waffles I usually use yeast (and give it time to rise a bit) instead of baking powder.

  6. hi Allas i just found your videos though my friend jack and wow you make some good stuff can you do this repice with canned Pumpkin or not?

  7. They turned out mushy inside. May be it has to do with the kind of pumpkin. Mine was just like the one in the video, classic orange. But it was pale inside and a may be still "young", watery. Anyway, I didn't get the same density

  8. Hi Alla! I would love to try this recipe but I have never used pumpkin before – is it the same as the ones the supermarkets are selling for Halloween?

  9. Thanks for the delicious recipe – I just tried it using Butternut Squash and it's soooo yummy!
Only the very best to you and many more endless wonderful recipes!
