Trying Mediterranean diet about a week ago, I’m not 100% into it yet, but I’m loving how my body feels adding more fruits and veggies and trying to stay away from processed sugars and vegetable oils, I really notice I have more energy, my sleep has improved, I don’t feel bloated, I’m still learning and playing and getting used to Flavors I wasn’t used to, but I think I found MD so delicious and easy to make! Any tip or advise is welcome 🫶🏼

Dang it all looks so good OP!

    Eat the rainbow indeed 😀

  2. Looks like you’re getting the diet side of things right. So my advice would be to remember that the Mediterranean diet is much more than just what you eat – it embraces a whole lifestyle approach.

Here are some things to consider:

    * Regular physical activity: This is a key component of the Mediterranean lifestyle. This doesn’t mean intense gym sessions – it could be as simple as daily walking, gardening, or other moderate activities.

    * Eating with others: Meals are typically a communal activity, shared with family or friends. This practice not only makes eating more enjoyable but also helps with mindful eating.

    * Relaxation and social connections: Taking the time to relax and enjoy life, and having strong social connections, are also integral parts of a Mediterranean lifestyle.

These elements, combined with a Mediterranean way of eating, not only support physical health but also mental health and emotional well-being.

Beautiful array of fruits and veggies! They really do make a difference. As you continue to transition in, keep room on your plate for your whole grains.
