Double Cheeseburgers with a Bacon-Garlic-Onion jam I made from bacon I cured and smoked myself, some 85/15 American Wagyu beef, some sriracha sauce, Tillamook Pepperjack and Kraft American cheeses, on a bed of romaine lettuce on some toasted pretzel buns. Served with some plain jane crisp tater tots.

    I up vote for a lot of reason, but isn’t “onion jam” just like if I said “pickled cucumbers”?

    Unless there is pectin and a heap of sugar they are just grilled onions.
