let’s make some amazing delicious
chicken pot pie and we will start by
making the dough from scratch because #
authenticity and you know because I had
time um so you will need 2 and 1/2 cups
of all peers flour 1 teaspoon of salt
one cup of cold butter like cold cold
butter and then mix it all together Ure
that the butter and the flour mix in
together completely then add in 1/4 cup
of water cold water we don’t want
anything to be become warm so that’s why
we’re using cold cold products mix it
all together until it forms a dough add
in additional water if need be and KNE
it until it becomes firm and then let it
chw for 1 hour and that’s when the magic
will happen next is the chicken filling
it’s super easy to make I use some
butter some garlics some onions some
carrots cooking cream the chicken and
some cooked
Peas the cooking process is quite simple
after you have shredded your chicken
cook your onions in the
garlic add in some spices some cumin
some paprika mix everything together add
in your carrots you know ensure that
everything that you add um Blends really
well with the flavors then add in your
chicken cubes IE your broth then the
cooking cream let it boil for a bit add
in your peas your chicken and voila you
are ready ready for the easiest process
the next step is just assembly
