Followed the King Arthur website standard recipe. Starter have been feeding with a 70% AP 30% whole wheat mix. Went a touch darker on top than I wanted, but the flavor it developed was great. Only minor issue was it burning on the bottom a bit. Waited an hour before slicing into it, but probably could have waited another 30min or so as it was slightly gummy in the very center. Haven't been successful with the safety razor in getting a good slice on the top of my loafs, but this one had a nice fold on top that turned into a bit of an ear.

You should be well pleased with that! Not too dark either. Quite perfect

Place a 1/2 sheet pan in the oven and put the loaf on the sheet pan, the Dutch oven or whatever vessel you use. Works well for me.
