Crafty Ramen? Big City Smoke? Their frozen ramen is legit – all of the same recipes as their restaurants and they use whole ingredients: real bone broth, no powders, etc.

Frozen broth are actually pretty common on chain ramen store so that they don’t have to cook broth in every branch. Plus it’s actually the way that most close to freshly cooked broth, compare to powdered or concentrated ones.

Was the noodles cooked before it is frozen? Frozen broth is ok but I can’t image double cooked ramen being good
